We seek to quantitatively describe the physical and chemical processes that define the functional state of a cell with experiments.

We generate experimental data on subcellular dynamics and omics studies that with the Minflux microscope as well as identification of metabolites throughout the cell. Our researchers also conduct advanced optical experiments, such as infrared tomography and optogenetics using photothermal spectroscopic imaging technologies they are developing to improve data quality and imaging performance.
