IDEA    QCB Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Committee

Faculty, graduate students, and postdocs from all QCB institutions serve on this committee, which meets two times per semester. They are developing and will enforce the QCB Code of Conduct and the QCB Diversity Statement. The committee is also developing the QCB CARES program, in which IDEA Committee representatives hold regular “listening hours” for confidential discussions of peers’ concerns within the QCB.
