I study molecular motor motility, specifically kinesin, with MINFLUX super-resolution nanoscopy. Then end objective is to characterize kinesin’s biomechanics such that it would be useful towards quantifying different physical and kinetic parameters necessary towards modelling transport phenomena in a whole-cell model.
