I am from statistics department and under the instruction of Professor Shulei Wang. Our work is under the research theme ‘Whole Cell Modeling’, and our goal is to provide analyzing pipelines for time-dependent multi-omics data from whole-cell behavior simulations. Currently, we are trying deep learning models and other algorithms to analyze metabolomics data.
